SIZING
• The dress are true to size. Relaxed fit for ladies.
• Tanks are women’s cut and true to size, you may order your normal size.
• We provide size charts in each listing. Always check your size before placing order.     

•We cannot do a refund or exchange if incorrect size is ordered.

• The best way to ensure correct size is to measure a dress that currently fits well

   and comparing it to our size chart that are included on each listing.

PROCESSING TIME
• Please allow us 3 to 5 business days for designing, printing and pressing.
• Business days means Monday- Friday.
• Processing time doesn’t include shipping time.

SHIPPING
• We use poly bag for packaging.
• Packages are shipped via USPS First Class (Est. delivery time 10-30 business days in USA and ) or normal UPS.

• Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
• Shipping times are estimates by USPS and are not guaranteed.
• We ship our items to all countries. Buyer is responsible for all custom costs and/or other payments that may apply.
•For overseas buyers (clients who are not in the USA), please be warn that customs can delay packages up to 4   weeks,  even though it is rare, but still can happen.

REFUND
• Because all items are made just for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. However, We will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. In such case, please send us a proof. (A photo will work) You will be eligible for refund or replacement if:
• Dress size is wrong (you wanted size A, we send size B) and you have proof.
• Other then the reasons in the list above, we won’t be offering refunds or exchanges. Please purchase seriously.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors.
• Only non-chlorine bleach.
• Tumble dry low or lay flat (recommended).
• Medium iron.
• Do not iron decoration directly. Place a thin cotton fabric on decoration and iron without steam on low heat.
• Do not dry clean.
